Gone WCF-ing

May 19, 2012

In mid-April I attended the week long IDesign WCF Master Class. The instructor, Brian Noyes, did an excellent job.  This is the second IDesign Master Class I’ve taken from Brian (the first was the WPF/Silverlight Presentation Layer Master Class in June 2011) and I highly recommend both Brian and these IDesign classes.

This class inspired me to work a bunch of WCF examples as a way of learning more about this technology, its best practices, and how WCF fits in to effective software structure.  Thus, I’m devoting my blogging time to learning WCF in May and June at least.   I’ll resume blogging in July or August.

Stay tuned for more about .NET, Silverlight, Prism, software structure and maybe WCF later this summer.
